Book ahead, especially on weekends. There are two Crystals (one upstairs and one downstairs), apparently due to a family split we re equally divided when it comes to judging which is best. Curries include the meat Punjab grill, where lamb tikka is first roasted then curried with fresh herbs to create a mouth-watering dish. Finish off with deliciously cool kheer (creamy rice pudding).
