Haryana and Punjab comprise the Indian half of the erstwhile Punjab region that was tumultuously split when India and Pakistan separated in 1947. Ghazal special murg (cream-based chicken) or bhuna gohst (mutton) is nicely washed down with draught beer. Vegetarians pack up your bags are well catered for.
